My approach to therapy…
Taking the first steps towards treatment can often seem intimidating and overwhelming; we’re not sure what we’re getting ourselves into or if we’re even ready to make a change.
I find that a compassionate and empathetic manner, coupled with a sense of humor, is the most effective way to make sure that you feel heard. Therapy should always be about your own individual process and the unique set of circumstances that have led you to treatment. We’ll work together to address any concerns that you might have, and do so at a pace that you’re comfortable with.
